* * * P R E S S - R E L E A S E * * *bryon Huber - bhuber3@kc.rr.com FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 10/22/08 A National Rally To Restore Sound Money Kansas City, MO. ?| Our group is a rally for the American People to end a paper money system (Fiat Money System), and return to a gold and silver backed money system. We will be rallying at 12:00 pm on November 22nd, 2008 at the Federal Reserve building; 1 Memorial Drive Kansas City, MO 64198 and marching to the IRS building at 333 W Pershing Rd, Kansas City, MO 64108. We will have guest speakers that include Mr. Darrell Castle (former Vice-Presidential Candidate of the Constitution Party). After the rally we will be gathering for a movie screening at the Valentine Shopping district. This will be a peaceful demonstration with the goal of ending a private banks influence over the Federal Government. The Federal Reserve was established in 1913 by the enactment of the ?gFederal Reserve Act?h under the guise of a needed ?gCentral Banking system?h. We dispute the legalities of the enactment due to the fact that the ?gFED?h is a private bank that is not overseen by any branch of the US government. The Feds?f sole purpose is to serve as the banker to the government, manage money supply, supervise and regulate a large share of the country?fs banking and financial systems, and print money. The FED prints money for a fee in exchange for government bonds, the fee?fs assessed from printing money is generated by charging the American people an Income tax. All of the listed elements above were deemed unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in multiple rulings. Regarding taxation, the Supreme Court ruled that the 16th Amendment ?gCreated no new power of taxation?h and that it ?gdid not change the constitutional limitations which forbid any direct taxation of individuals?h. Our goal is to raise public awareness of the unconstitutional actions of the Federal Reserve and to move toward an end to a Fiat Money systems. October 8, 2008 - HEADLINE: Kansas City, MO - 8 October 2008 - Kansas City Citizens Protest Bailout Following the passage of a $750 billion bailout of financial institutions last week, Kansas City residents are staging a peaceful rally on Sunday, October 12 at the famous J.C. Nichols Fountain on the Country Club Plaza, 47th and J.C. Nichols Parkway in Kansas City. ?This bailout is just the straw that broke the camel's back?, said one area resident. ?We have had it with the way our representatives ignore us and vote any way they wish based on some back room deal in congress.? Voters across the nation spoke out loudly against the bailout bill, but were ignored. It is estimated that Kansas City voters were against the bill at a ratio of 3 to 1, while other cities have estimated up to a ratio of 9 to 1 against the bill.
